We had the pleasure of meeting Alejo Castro this year at the 2025 Apex Coffee Green Coffee Forum and was excited to learn about his meticulous farming processes. His coffees are being very renowned in the Canadian coffee community and this one is a great example why. We're tasting delicious flavours of Fresh Red Grape, Cherry Coke, and a sweet, floral finish. This will be the first of many to come from Mr. Castro!
