Now for something entirely different. This one of a kind coffee is the definition of a fruit bomb. From Colombia Granja Paraiso 92 and produced by Wilton Benitez, this is a microlot of a Pink Bourbon that has been anaerobically processed. So you really know its got that funky, fruity goodness. We are tasting red jujubes, grapefruit, and brown sugar. Best prepared as a pourover so bust out your V-60's and scales for this one as it may change the way you look at coffee.
