From Colombia Granja Paraiso 92 and produced by Wilton Benitez, this is a microlot of a Red Bourbon that has been decaffeinated, then anaerobically processed. Something rare, unique, and oh so interesting. We are tasting turkish delight and gooseberry. Best prepared as a pourover so bust out your V-60's and scales for this one as it may change the way you look at coffee.
